7 BEST PLACE TO VISIT IN NORTHINDIA DURING SUMMER

INTRODUCTION

Northern part of India consist 6 states and one union territory, usually we call it as a North India. During ancient times North India was ruled by famous emperors like Mughal emperors, Delhi Sultanate, and also the British emperors. Naturally North India was located with amazing geographical features like Gangetic Plain, The Great Himalayas Mountain. For this writing I have chosen few places from North India to visit during summer season. They are Ladakh, Mussorie, Nainital, Shimla, Rishikesh, Auli, and Mount Abu.

LADAKH:

Ladakh is one of the best places located in Jammu And Kashmir State. It divided the northwest part of Pakistan and southeast part of India. Ladakh comes under one of our nine union territories.

It is famous for its breathtaking landscapes, highest mountain passes, crystal clear skies, and Buddhist Monasteries. Ladakh’s culture is similar to its neighboring place Tibet so the person who wants to go Tibet and experience its culture may experience the same culture in Ladakh too.   It was founded by Nyima-Gon after he got separated from Tibetian Empire in 842. From April till June the temperature is 5 degree Celsius to 25 degree Celsius, after June the temperature will increase high so the tourist season begins in May. Ladakhi, Tibetian, Urdu, and Balti. Nubra Valley, Pangog Lake, Shanti Stupa, Tso Moriri, Zanskar, Khardung La Palace, Magnetic Hill, Leh, Leh Place, Thiksay Monastery, Kargil, Tso Kar and also having many places, lakes, and snow filled mountains in Ladakh to visit during summer.

MUSSORIE:

Mussorie is not just famous for tourist spots; it is also famous for education and business. We call this place as “The queen of hill station.” From British ruling time to till now, this was the famous holiday destination spot.

It was in Dehradum district and 290 km far away from Delhi, highly famous for hill station, well architected hotels and buildings. The name Shimla was derived from the Goddess name “Shyamala Mata,” it denotes the fearless embodiment of the Goddess Kali. Hindi is the most commonly used language for the official purpose and also some people speak English. Ethnic people who are living there used Pahari language to communicate among themselves. The holy city Rishikesh located in the base of Himalayas. It holds deep culture and significance of local Hindus. It is tehsil in Dehradun, Uttarkhand. It is the best place for the person who seeks for spiritual things.

EVERY KID NEEDS A CHAMPION

INTRODUCTION

For this white paper writing I chosen the video named “EVERY KID NEEDS A CHAMPION” from the given link. Because I had a few months experience in teaching. As a B.Ed student I went internship in schools for 6 months. Hope I can give the better solution for this. This video contains the Rita Pierson’s talk telecasted in TED YouTube channel.

Rita Pierson, a teacher for 40 years made a raising call to educators to believe their students and advised every educator to create a good bond and relationship with their students. And also she shared an incident, once her colleague said, as an educator we doesn’t want any payment to like kids, for this statement Rita replied, kids also never learn  from the person whom they dislike. Everyday students spending more hours with their educators than parents what all they want from educator is caring and better guidance. As an experienced one, every educator had the responsibility to take their students in a right path.

PROBLEM

Learners are from different atmosphere, family background. In this video she gave the reason why student didn’t learn may be because of their low economic level, attendance and the unwanted negative influence by their peer members but no one discussed the importance of good connection between educators and students.

Relationship between educator and learner must be the most important thing. Once she had classes for academically deficient students, at first she doesn’t have any idea on how she is going to take this group in a better way within nine months. She not even knows what they actually want, how she is going to develop the self-esteem among them. From the above statement we can get students and teachers are not just connected through learning apart from learning there must be a good relationship to guide them in a proper way. Everyone can learn but the person who handle the situation and life in a proper way got success in their life. This can be done only through the good educator who can understand students and their situation. If educator fails to treat students according to their problem this made the students to fails in the education part.

SOLUTION

Later, she got a spark on her mind and she said, “You were chosen to be in my class because I’m the best teacher and you are the best students’’ those motivated words made them to ask “Really” she replied “Really.” She added she was somebody when she came here, she will be a better somebody when she leaves, but she is powerful and strong to got the education there. She had some things to do, they impress her students and her students replied “Yeah.”

Now she started sharing her life experience. Her mother’s parents were educators and also her parents areeducators. She noticed her mother used to buy brushes, combs, peanut butter, crackers and soaps after returning from home to school during lunch.

She puts those things inside kid’s drawer who needs to eat, wash cloths and got odour from their body. Her mother became old and retired from her job some of her students visited her one day and said Mrs. Walker made a huge difference in their life, she made it work on him. He wanted her to see what he is now. The moment when her mom was passed away at the age of 92 many of her former student participated in her funeral that made Rita burst out with tears not for her mother’s absence, she cried for what she left among their students that is her legacy relationship. Even she disappeared now but she can see her mother through what she left among their students.

“Teacher-student relationship is the third aspect of effective classroom management.”

CONCLUSION

This made her to say every child deserves a champion and an adult who understand this better will become the best as possible as they want. Finally she concluded by saying this not a big task to do, we can do this because we are educators. We have born here to make difference. From the above life experience of Rita we can learn how to treat students, how to create a good bond with students. These statements are the clear picture of these lines “Behind every successful person there will be a good educator.” EVERY KID NEEDS A CHAMPION.

RCB vs MI DREAM11 IPL2020 A SMALL REVIEW:

What drama, what action. What a match!

Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Mumbai Indians (MI) played out the second Super Over-thriller of Dream11 Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020 and it was Virat Kohli and Co. who emerged triumphant to win the game at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Monday. RCB, who made two changes to their playing XI, bringing in Adam Zampa and Isuru Udana, made a solid start after put into bat. While he was hit into the box on the fourth delivery he faced and there were a few hits and misses, Aaron Finch made his intent clear. The right-hander creamed a Trent Boult delivery for a six in the third over before hitting four fours across the next two overs. In the final over of the powerplay, RCB moved past fifty, with Finch batting on 40 and Devdutt Padikkal batting on 14. The Australian limited-overs skipper brought up his fifty in the eighth over, powerfully sweeping a Rahul Chahar delivery for four. But, a slower ball from Boult did the trick as MI managed to get their first breakthrough, dismissing Finch for 52 in the ninth over. MI kept the things tight over the next couple of overs and it helped them scalp a big wicket of Virat Kohli in the 13th over. Chahar got the RCB skipper out as Kohli’s counterpart Rohit Sharma held onto an easy catch. RCB needed to break the shackles that MI applied over the last few overs, and Devdutt Padikkal answered that call, clobbering two sixes off James Pattinson in the 14th over as RCB moved to 110. Devdutt Padikkal, who completed his second fifty in the last three games, and AB de Villiers hit two fours, each across the next two overs before ABD went after Jasprit Bumrah for two sixes and a four in the 17th over to take RCB past 150. The 62-run stand, though, was broken on the first ball of the 18th over as Boult dismissed the left-hander for 54. However, ABD continued to take on Bumrah as the Indian pacer’s final over and the innings penultimate over went for 17 runs, with ABD hitting a four and a six to go past fifty, and Shivam Dube hitting a four to push his side past 180. Dube, then creamed three sixes in the final over off Pattinson as RCB posted 201/3 on the board. Needing 202 runs to win, MI required a strong opening start, but it was not to be as Washington Sundar struck in the second over to get the big scalp or Rohit. RCB debutant Isuru Udana, then, dismissed Suryakumar Yadav in the next two over. RCB continued to apply pressure in the powerplay, with Washington Sundar keeping things extremely tight. The right-arm off-spinner conceded only 7 runs in his three overs. RCB introduced Yuzvendra Chahal into the attack in the seventh over and the leg-spinner got Quinton de Kock out in his first over. Hardik Pandya and Ishan Kishan then added 39 runs together, but Zampa broke the stand, dismissing Hardik in the 12th over. Kishan, who was playing his first game of the season, then, went on to bring up his fifty. By the time 16 overs were over, MI were 122/4, needing 80 off the last four overs. Kieron Pollard, then, turned it on and how. He went after Zampa in the 17th over, hitting him for 27 runs with the help of three sixes and a four. Three overs to go and MI now needed 53 runs to win and Pollard, who marched past fifty in 20 balls, slammed two sixes while Kishan tonked one as Chahal’s final over of the night went for 22 runs, reducing MI’s target to 31 off 12 balls. While Navdeep Saini kept his composure, conceding just 5 runs on the first four deliveries, Kishan hit a six off the fifth ball before scoring a single on the final ball of the 19th over. MI needed 19 off the final over, with Isuru Udana bowling that over. The first two balls went for two runs, but Kishan hit a six on the third ball as Gurkeerat Singh Mann dropped catch at long-off. The MI left-hander then hammered one more on the next ball to move to 99. With MI needing 5 from the last two balls and Kishan needing 1 for his ton, he went for another big hit, only to be caught at deep mid-wicket. MI required 5 to seal a win on the final ball and Pollard sent one past the boundary rope for a four to tie the scores and push the game into the Super Over. Mi batted first in the Super Over, with Pollard and Hardik being the first two batsmen. Saini, though, did remarkably well to limit the opposition to 7 runs, picking up a wicket of Kieron Pollard. RCB needed 8 to win the Super Over and out came ABD and skipper Kohli as MI picked Bumrah to bowl the over. There was no shortage of drama. After Bumrah conceded just two off the first two balls, ABtook a review to overturn the decision on the third ball. RCB needed 6 off the last three deliveries and ABD did well to hit a four off Bumrah’s bouncer to bring down the target to 2 off 2. Although the match went to the final ball, Kohli hit a four to take RCB home.

INDIA’S MENSTRUATION MAN

Starting from menarche ( denotes our first point of period, between 12-15 for hygienic and normal woman ) till menopause ( denotes menstruation stopping time, it happens between 45-55 years) as a woman we all running at the back of sanitary napkins. Instead of clothes, usage of sanitary napkins is the only hygienic way to handle our periods. Without this menstrual product how we can handle the natural process of menstruation. At least 1 in 5 indian girls drop out of school due to menstruation.

~

Are you think this before….Is everyone handling this hygienic way of menstruation 🩸 ?? If they want to follow this
hygienic process, they need to sacrifice any of their essentials needs, because of it cost. According to the statistics 300 millions of woman can’t afford their safe menstrual hygiene. So they are using clothes to handle their menstrual cycle.Shanthi a woman who lives in Coimbatore also following this unhygienic method of using clothes for her periods. She married a Murugan a workshop helper, after a few months, Murugan noted his wife was concealing some object in her hand.

~

He inquired “what’s in your hand?”, she replied with anger “Don’t You have any works to do?? this is none of your business… This crisis is prevalent for every woman. A period which transpiring once in a month not only rendered them struggle with the furlough of blood from their vagina. They are putting more efforts to hide their menstrual product from others. She yelled at him and left the place.

~

Murugan followed her and noticed she is following unhygienic method of using nasty rag clothes with some blood stain here and their on the clothes. The clothes she used was not even use by him to clean his vehicle. When he enquired her “Are you using this rag clothes ?”, Why don’t you buy sanitary napkins?” As I said before she replied, if she wants to buy napkins, they must stop to buy milk for a month. He went to the shop and bought a napkin. He turned on his research process, he wanted his wife to follow the hygienic method.

~

After that he concluded, it just contains 10 paise of cotton inside this but we are buying this for 40times more than of its production cost, he thought “Why don’t I prepare a napkin for my wife at low cost?”. He just completed 9th grade how he aware about these chemical substances?? In his view it just a cotton. They are new couple so Murugan used to exemplify tiny gifts for his wife often. In this time he made his own cheaper napkin and lent it to his wife to test immediately, then only he infers the period will come once in a month, it’s not an everyday process. She again yelled him. He didn’t stop his analysis, because he not only reckoning about his wife, he took all the women’s problem as his own.

~

He doesn’t have any other alternatives now, because this is so susceptible, sensitive and intimate thing for ladies. He gave this sample pads to his sister for the test, they also started rejecting him. After knew about his activity Shanthi left him alone and asked for divorce, now the only support he had his mother. He made more napkins and bestowed to medical college students, there also he doesn’t get satisfactory feedback. He schemed to do research of his own. He made an artificial uterus and fixed on his Abdomen. He bought a French-cut women Panty and fixed his low-cost napkin to wear. Whenever he wanders he poked the bottle he attached. Later he got a name THE PAD PIPER for his action.

~

After a few minutes, he senses some odours comes out from him and noted their was a bloodstain in his clothes. He planned to collect the used napkins of women, then he assembled that used napkins and did research on that. His mother visited there thinking that her son is cutting chicken for Sunday. After seeing this she also left him., from that moment he itself started to do all his work including cooking for him. Then only he realised that Sanitary pads comprising of cellulose-based cores which enclose paper pulp, porous materials of wool fibre and also with adhesive polymers extracted from the bark of trees, the inside stuff of sanitary napkins are manufacturing by the plants (machine) worth is 3.5 crores.

~

He learnt many processes to extract the formula and finally, he created the low- cost Plant(machine). He is the one and only person who wore a sanitary pad for women’s menstruation hygienic development. His neighbour called him pervert, but he is working hard to protect women’s life and his wife who left him. He never gave up in his life. He sent his low-cost Menstruation product to IIT Madras for approval. They approved and sent this hygienic low-cost product for Competition, among 943 entries he got first prize.

~

Then only he realised this was the first machine which is producing these Sanitary napkins at low Cost. He is popularly known as India’s Menstruation Man and also called as PADMAN OF INDIA the Great ARUNACHALAM MURUGANANDHAM . His products selling all over India and his machineries are exporting to many countries. In other countries they are having Batman, Superman in India we are having PADMAN. A visible God in the Form of Human. A Coimbatore’s Gift to the World.

MENTAL ILLNESS IN LOCKDOWN ~ PRITHVIKA CHETTY

Cheers!! This is the time to party, we started 2020 with full of happiness, we burst crackers, used highly radiated lights and highly noised speakers that made all the creatures in the world except humans kept inside their habitant. But now knowingly or unknowingly with heart full of fears we are staying inside our home to save our life. Finally we welcome July the seventh month of the year every human praying “this month we will get some good news” and bring some normalcy in life. This Pandemic changed everyone’s habit right.

~

The children who doesn’t want to go to school is now hiring their parents to attend their online classes, they started dreaming when they’re going to meet their friends and longing to wear their school uniforms. A man who bunk the classes unnecessarily is now longing to attend classes properly, even it is boring and it was taken by his/her hated faculties. The faculty who gave 1st monthly test answer sheets after the end of 2nd monthly test is now eagerly waiting to evaluate their online classes output. The people who are all belongs to normative middle class family leading their pauperised life. The rich people are still rich, but the rest of the others don’t know the option “how to get the food for the next day”. Technology developed a lot, everyone who is living with all facilities “THANK GOD” for this development. The students who were searching for food is now searching for Internet signal to attend their semester exams and next semester classes.

~

The people who had their home at platform, avoid the food issued by social workers. This scary virus not only suffered people physically, it tortured people mentally. Most of them shared their opinion to support local business at the same time for their safety purpose they’re rushing towards biggest shops and malls to buy the products. We all have small provisional shops or bottle shops at every street corners. We are rushing to the supermarkets, because they are using costly sanitisers to cleanse our hand but in the little shop they’re using turmeric and neem to to cleanse their customers hands. Who is an idiot here?.

~

We started losing our life when we started hearing the news about COVID’19 outbreak that settled in our heart as a big fear. The person who having lot of fears and worries started doing little bit mistakes sometimes it ended with tragic thing . The children started to hate their parents for pampered them inside , they got scare to let their children to play outside . They wants to come out and play with their colony friends. Villagers who we think they’re having less knowledge blocked their entry side of their village and keep them inside and started living their normal life like how the Baya weaver saving their young one inside their nest they are saving their village people.

~

I like to drop one story here. The person who is working in Chennai lost his job and searching food for two days, planned to return native to save his life. So, he made a phone call to his father for convey his decision. His father doesn’t ask anything about his conditions, health and wealth , he directly requested his son not to return here. He added that his grandmother is in serious condition, and I’m watching that the people who is in Chennai severely affected by corona virus around your place. Where the humanity is?? Is this our culture?? even it’s a unknown as a Indian we got a good name for our Hospitality. This father ready to save his mother life who is praying God to take her soul back. Before corona affects our body, why our mind stopped thinking, why it got illness. I’m praying God 🙏🏻 please cure this mental illness of the people.

HUMANITY !!

A handful of fried chicken on my plate,
I took the remote and switch on the television there
I noticed ”The Pregnant Elephant ate Pineapple stuffed with crackers in Kerala. She died standing in River”.
When I watched that news my heart was broken totally. 💔💔
I heard the sound of my mobile notification.
I didn’t lift my plate down, I took one piece from my plate and commented my mom ”you fried chicken well MUMMA. Everything stuffed perfectly & the composition of salt is also good.
~

I replied one of my friend’s message and started scrolling my friends WhatsApp status everyone posted the picture of elephant died with her infant. I’m worrying about unknown elephant’s death. All my social media started reflecting that I was in the worries about the elephant and its infant. Why don’t my eyes forget to notice the Hen that cut off in front of me in the morning? why don’t my heart forget to show little bit pity to the Hen? How I forget to worry about her that lost its life for my lunch. If I stopped that hen may spend the rest of its life happily with her Chickens. ~

I can’t speak my heart out. So, I write it out. One forest officer shared his experience on Television. Once he went Maharashtra for some meeting. After he completed the meeting his senior officer who working in Maharashtra pick him to meet villagers. His higher officer trying to offer something to the people but the village head rejected that offer. An officer from Tamilnadu had a language barrier at that time so, he requested his friend to translate what happening there. He started translating.
~

One lady came out from the crowd and explained their house is far away from the cultivating land. The land where they’re cultivating belongs to wild bears.
So, they don’t want any money for their losses. What the bears left for us is enough for them to lead their life. Let them live happy on their land. It is not fair to get payment from the government. It doesn’t hurt us till we disturb them…She smiled and left the place with other people.
~

This made me realize still the people on earth have wetness on their heart.
But why my heart dried??😔
The sole meaning of life is to serve humanity!!!!
